Hi, I am asking for your help. I am on a very low income and started dialysis July 6th., 2009. I am desperatly needing some car repairs and don't have money to fix it. I hope someone out there can help me out with this. I need a fuel pump and a few other things. My airconditionor even needs fixed. I am needing it to get back and forth to dialysis.
